CBID Network–Background
Pakistan was then elected the interim coordinator for the CBR Asia Pacific Network. In 2011, the CBR Network Pakistan developed its constitution, strengthened its membership, elected its office bearers and officially established itself as a Community Based Inclusive Development (CBID) Network. By the end of 2013, the new Network had successfully established all its provincial chapters.
Legislations
We are actively engaged in legislative and policy advocacy to promote and protect the rights of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) across Pakistan. Our work includes drafting laws, reviewing existing policies, and proposing amendments to ensure alignment with constitutional guarantees and international human rights standards. Read more
